We stayed at this lovely place for 2 nights and it was such a great experience! The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and had a small balcony where we could relax. Nando, the host, was really nice and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He contacted us in advance, welcomed us upon arrival, gave us helpful instructions about the city, and even made breakfast for us personally every morning. It was hands down the best breakfast we had during our 2 weeks trip in Europe. The property was clean and well-presented, and its location was very convenient to everything. The bathroom was excellent and provided fresh towels and all the necessities. We also loved having access to a kitchen with a big fridge, which was very convenient for preparing our own meals.

The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and tidy rooms that had all the necessary facilities, sometimes even with a terrace and air conditioning. The location directly at a street was convenient, allowing easy access to the main attractions of the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was delicious and prepared with care.

At my regular spot, they helped me find transport. They have Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a coffee shop, express check-in/out, and VIP treatment. With hiking nearby, AC, and no smoking, it's perfect for me. I'm coming back for the weekend!

window lacked a view and privacy

The rooms at Fontana Vecchia are tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I loved waking up to the natural light streaming in through the large windows. The air conditioning was also a great relief during the hot summer days. As a guest with disabilities, I appreciated having a well-equipped bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower that had grab bars for added safety.

The only thing I liked less was the absence of a fridge in the room. However, I understand that other guests may not find this to be an issue.

This accommodation is conveniently placed within walking distance of the city center. The nearby parking spot is quite useful for drivers. Nando, the owner, is a friendly and helpful host who provides excellent breakfast every morning.

The streets around the hotel can be quite narrow and tricky to navigate by car.
